Patient Navigator - Bank Contract
Re:Cognition Health is a leading provider of clinical services specialising in cognitive impairment. We deliver expert clinical care to private patients and are one of the foremost providers of Clinical Trials in the world.
Patient Navigator’s play a key role in creating the best first impression of Re:Cognition Health, ensuring we support prospective patients and study participant in identifying services or trials appropriate for their needs. The main purpose of the role is to convert leads to sales, meet trials bookings and randomisation targets, supporting delivery of our revenue targets whilst adhering to strict ethical compliance.
Working as part of a global team, and in collaboration with on site colleagues, our Marketing partners, Patient Navigator’s will ensure our patients/study participants receive a responsive and high quality service, in the UK, US and future Re:Cognition Centres.

JOB DUTIES:
Role Specific:
1. Follow up with hot and warm leads (from people who have explicitly contacted us about the service, in a timely manner, to offer them a self-pay treatment pathway.
2. Conduct telephone pre-screening questionnaires with potential patients, tailoring the approach for self-pay services and clinical trials.
3. Ensure all messaging is clinically accurate and ethical
4. Maintain a good knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease and the treatments we offer, including Amyloid Targeting Therapies, Apheresis and more.
5. Support all enquirers with empathy and professionalism
6. Deliver on revenue targets in line with strict ethical compliance.
7. Manage patient referral websites and portals, ensuring that all communication and engagement processes are followed and within the desired timeframe.
8. Ensure the accurate and timely completion of data entry into the RCH Patient Recruitment Database/CRM
9. Manage Patient retention communications, ensuring that Patients are always informed at each stage of the process.
10. Ensure Patient Records are kept up to date and are accurate and that all data is managed incompliance with Data Protection acts and GDPR.
11. Provide data for sponsor or CRO metrics on recruitment activity such as anonymised patient pre-screening logs and metrics on recruitment activity, under direct supervision from the Director of Patient Engagement
Essential
Life sciences/medical science degree or similar with min 2:1
Experience of working in telephony services
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Be available to work 30 hours a month/5-10 hours a week
Be available to work during 9am to 1am.
Be based in the UK

Experience within clinical trials research
Salary range £13.45-£14.80/hour dependant on location + commission
