We are opening a new clinic in Dublin, creating an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the team and be part of opening a new clinic. The role will be responsible for the overall running of the facility, working closely with the onsite team, and colleagues at our London site.

Key duties include

1. To be the key point of contact, internally and externally, for all queries relating to the service and facility

2. Discussing services and products with patients and consultants, being confident in all aspects of our service

3. Supporting marketing events and activities linked to launching a new service.

4. Ensuring efficient delivery of the service, problem solving to ensure we maintain the highest level of customer service

5. Maximize clinical appointments to support our service expansion targets and support our national service expansion, establishing and overseeing services across all sites

6. Liaison with consultants and clinicians to develop service culture and clinician satisfaction

7. Liaison with patients to develop service culture and patient satisfaction

The Candidate

Applicants must be able to work with their initiative to problem solve, and be solution focused, as well as have excellent communication skills. Candidates must also meet the below criteria

Essential

Available for full time work 5 days a week, on site.

Solid experience (minimum 2 years) working in Administration in a clinic setting

Solid experience (minimum 2 years) working in a Site Lead capacity

Desirable

Experience of working in new services in stand alone role

Experience of working in Memory/Dementia related services.
